Second, because you don't know what you are talking about.. A snake sees relatively poorly but can pick up heat of mammals well and uses a sort of infrared hunting mechanism. A frog can probably see colour well, though not as good as a human.

Both have snapping at moving object behaviour, a frog is smarter at deciding real prey.
