WOW man TAURUS! Your a lucky man to have that TRUCK! That was once world championship material! Dont think he ever won but he was no fluke truck he gave alot of the best a RUN FOR THEIR MONEY!

The truck originally went to an Australian buyer and was in Aus for a while, and i am led to believe went to New Zealand for some shows and thats were Ian Soanes bought it from. Good on him for his motorsports park idea, it certainly is awesome. I want to goto New Zealand JUST to do this!
Yeah Ian is a cool guy, I drove all the toys while working for them few years ago, Inc the pink caddy around taupo... Last i senn this old girl it blew the motor and chucked conrod parts onto the track in stratford. Was supercharged and running methanol back then.... Nice vid, many memories return.!
Ahhhh...one of the original monster trucks, very nice to see. I too can remember watching that truck climb up and over a couple of busses back in the early 90's.
i have absolutely no idea of it's history but i do know how lucky i am getting to drive the beast!
Ian Soanes (the dude that owns the trucks) has photos all over his office walls of him in taurus and terror trip doing some mental jumps and crashes,he was a really nice guy.
if you are ever in new zealand you have to do this!
