I drive a 2003 toyota matrix xrs 6 speed. The car tops out at 8,300 rpm and I have to sit so close to the dash my nees touch it, otherwise bye bye clutch. Dose anyone else have the same problem? Can I fix it with new seats? The car is so much faster than you think it would be, it will smoke a V8 GT mustang ( mustangs are my fav too).

In Malaysia? I don't think so. The only similar car (to the cuore) that we have here is the Perodua Kelisa which comes with a whole different set of body style(headlights, bumpers) and also has 5 doors. So far, I have never seen a genuine Coure (one the roads) here. Only Kelisa that's been fitted with Cuore lights/bumper.

You should buy an old school, rear wheel drive car with a carburettor and learn/show us how to adjust the timing advance with a timing light, and how to tune the idle/air fuel ratio on it. Then you can use it to teach us how to do burnouts and drift.

Another good video would be how to install an electronic distributor to replace an old points dizzy.

Also how to choose spark plugs based on mods done to your car. (Using "colder" plugs on a car after adding a turbo or increasing horse power.

I think personally that these are good skills to know and old cars are a good choice for reliability especially when you know how to fix and tune them yourself. Also recycling old cars (reusing them) keeps junk out of landfill.

Once you work in an oldschool car engine bay you may never want to go back.
