The only reason Les Miles didn't take the Michigan job was because he didn't want to rebuild yet another program. I'm sure if Michigan never hired Rich Rod and was still top 10 team he would have accepted it. Nevertheless, I am extremely happy he didn't accept the job. The difference between Les Miles and Brady Hoke is that Hoke has a deep passion for Michigan. Hoke loves Michigan more than Les ever could.
