This song is so amazing.. It brings tears to my eyes almost every time.. I wasn't too close to my mother and i feel real sorry that we didn't have a better relationship before she died.. you never know what you have until it's gone. Don't wait to tell someone you love them...

R.I.P Denise Campbell - November 27th 1996. I played and sang this song one day after my mom's death in our church. Everybody cried for more than 10 minutes. I'm still crying!

My mom is dying as I listen to this. I live in Cali and my family is in NC. My mom was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer a month after I moved to cali. It has been a hard time. This song is so nice and it makes me cry when I listen to it.

I know this guy. His name is Chuckie Howard. I met him singing this song in a Bathroom in a bar in Detroit. I worked with his Cousin doing Armored Car work. I would Love to get ahold of either Chuckie or Bill Sweets. They are awesome preformers that were not pumped enough in their market right. Could of been a Blowout if it was not in the Babyface and Boys to Men Blowout. He should get some airplay again..
