You have to study a mixture of Wushu, Tae Kwon Do, and Acrobatics...not to mention the Muay Thai that Xin does....don't worry...it only takes about five to six years to be somewhat good if you practice every day...the sooner you start the better...

Neither. It's a mixture of a bunch of different styles. Most martial arts do the different kicks you see here. The combos are mostly from tricking, which isn't a martial art. But this is just a combination of many different styles of martial arts.

I have seen and talked to few people that were pretty good with flashy stuff but would not be able to fight their way out of a wet paper bag since the flashy stuff can really get you messed up.
