I wonder what it is about biking that appeals so much, especially the Downhill and Free-ride aspects. To me, there is nothing better then spending a Saturday:

Tuning your bike

Gearing up

Setting up a playlist

And just hitting the trails near you. About a mile up the fell from my house is High Street which is one of the best Mountain Biking routes in Cumbria, and doing all that then hitting the downhill is just... Well its close enough to perfect.
