In the German National Socialism The Pimpfe were the youngest subsection of the Hitler Youth, prevalent in Nazi Germany from 1933-1945, when the Allied Victory in the Second World War brought down the Nazi regime. The Pimpfe contained members of the Hitler Youth movement between the ages of ten and fourteen.

Those in doubt ought to listen to "Shouldn't have done that" (for example). Depeche Mode is a band with firm working class roots. They have strong Socialist view points, and they believe in equality and solidarity, which they declare openly and with pride.
