Yes, via something called a 'Smart Folder' in Cheetah - a 'pipeline' between the two progs. Change the geometry in SketchUp -- the model automatically updates in Cheetah without having to re-import it. We may see native SketchUp import soon, too.

No....l'ho fatto solo da scherzo (does that make any sense?). I'm on a Mac, so V-Ray's not an option. But who cares when I've got Cheetah?
Kerkythea has also been released for the Mac...interesting.

Well, you could always get yourself a dual-core Mac Mini for $400...and run an XP partition on it at the same time...;0)

Thanks,
Not bad for a program that costs $129, eh?
timdanaher 4 years ago
Wow. But that program is only for Mac? I can't find any program like Cheetah3D for Windows.

Have you tried Kerkythea? I've not used it myself, but it has quite a following, does HDRI, is windows-only....and it's free!
(Doubt if it could be as easy to use as Cheetah, though ;0)
