Dude, I ordered that Sillem's Black you did a vid on a long time ago. It's the bomb! That was a great recommendation!.

Now I have three blends for every mood: Jess Chonowitsch T15, a virginia with burley and a bit of latakia. A light blend, but not flat.

Ashton's Artisan's Blend, a latakia-beast. Very tasty and dark.

And Sillem's for when I crave something sweet.

Just wanted to share my that with you. You're kind of my pipe 'father' who taught me how to smoke a pipe after all. :D

I remember you posting a video in the past about the phases pipe smokers go through with their tobacco and have found it to be true. Years ago I started with the cherries (grew to hate them), then got stuck on chocolates (still have a favorite), but now only smoke english blends. Got me some Dominican Glory, Dublin, Northwoods, and Dan's Blend. I think I am gonna stay english for a while.

One thing I did with my Northwoods, I added a pinch of perique to it and it made it rich and complex.
