The administrations own estimates said that if the stimulus would pass, the unemployment rate would never rise above 8%. Its peak would be around 7.9% around the end of the year. WellIts at 9.4%, if you use the new rosey unemployment numbers. In reality it is 16.4% nationally.

The administrations report showed that the unemployment rate would be about 9.1% right now if we had done NOTHING. its either that the stimulus plan is actually making things worse or the economy is worse.

I think the release of images would have had a poor impact on the troops. We should bring them back safe, and end the so-called war sooner than later. Who knows why he hasn't let it end yet? Jimmy Carter had double digit UNEMPLOYMENT, and I remember the gas lines.. Reagan had one goal, match the spending in defense of the then Soviet Union and bring them down.
