  • I have seen different versions of covers, and they all seem to be played in a different key. I am certain that George Formby played it in Bb, although he too may have changed key to suit his voice.

  • im afraid that some of your chords are in the wrong place. for GCEA tuning key of F the order of the chords should be: (intro) F, G7 C7, F (chorus) F, F7 Bflat, Dflat7 F, D7 Dflat7, F the 'in my profession' bit is ok other than most people play a C7 chord where you have put a C chord. George Formby didnt play these chords at all as he played it in the equivalent of C though with a higher tuning of the uke, if that makes sense.
  • To tell the truth, I do a version of the easier chords I found on the net ^^ But thank for the correction ^^

  • nice one buddy,

    cheers

  • Thank you !

One day I'll have a Banjuke and I'll redo a better version ^^
