Are those numbered bands and such pow numbers?

we used the numbered bands to identify which house we pulled the individual from. if we had to detain them it made the paperwork side much easier. it was simply a way to identify the individual as a lot of people in our area didn't have ID cards. also we don't really collect pow's while fighting the terrorists, they're not a conventional force so they get a trial through local judges (most go through baghdad)

ah ic, it was a humvee that one of our other troops drove through a canal and then into the mud messing up the front end. we just got called out to do the security for the recovery assets.
