This trick works if you have a dead pixel, which is just a single white dot on your screen, and even then its not 100%.

for all other screen related defects this will not work, repairs are necessary on the device. this applies to everything: cell phones, ipads, iphones, smartphones, tablets, laptops, apples, pcs, everything.

But I fixed mine a different way! I was hitting the back of my iPod touch, not hard but not gently. But it worked. Not guerenteeing it'll work, worked fine for me. Respond to me if it worked, if not and made it worse then I said it wasn't guerenteed

Holy crap!!! I had a single blue stuck pixel towards the upper center of my 22" LCD... I knew about these videos for a while but didn't think it would work... Played it 3 times in a row, then finally a 4th time (while massaging the pixel area with my finger) and when the video was done I moved it out of the way and it was gone!!! That is so great.

Worked perfect! Just set up this brand new Dell S2409W 24" monitor and my eyes immediately noticed 1 dark pixel about 2 inches down from the center. Didn't want to have to ship it back. Ran this twice & gave it a little rub with a cloth and now it's gone!

I have a pixel that i can only see on a black background. It changes colors depending on which angle you're looking at it from. It looks either red, purple-ish, or blue or white (I don't know if that's due to it being TN?) Anyway, I've tried everything on this and I don't really know what to do. I ran a stuck pixel fixer java program but it diddent help. So i read about tabbing on the screen on a cloth and when i saw this video and played it in fullscreen i desided to use the tabbing tip...

And you know what the pixel is fine now.

Before i was stuck in the green subpixels but now everything is perfect ;)

I can't believe this actually is working, but it is. I had several stuck pixels when I started. I've played the video at least 10 times now, and the area of stuck pixels is significantly reduced in size. Even if it takes me another 10 times to get it fixed completely, it's still much cheaper than any other method of fixing it was going to be.
