Dont think organ is a LOTR thing to be honest. There was never any organs or anything like them in the films (well there were organs, but they were usually spilling from peoples chests, none of this type though).

This sounds a bit churchy. The melody isnt sposed 2 be haunting either, more kinda sad and emotional. Maybe thats just coz i cant stand organs tho.
