I paid for this program. Good program; horrible customer service. Whenever I E-mailed question about an exercise, I only received an automatic E-mail response--never an answer to my question. THEN I suddenly had no access to the program's videos (which I paid for!)
Was promised refund: never got refund. Too bad: GOOD program, PATHETIC customer service.
