I know a way to get this stuff into mp3 format.Download a programme called 'audacity' its a free simple recording programme, Then to go taskbars volume control click options then playback and select stereo mix and turn the level right down [this just stops it clipping] make sure microphone is disabled and then open audacity and hit the record button. once you've done this whatever sound goes through your speakers will be recorded direct then you can export as an mp3 on audacitys option menu :)
