I've been playing this for the Master System on emulator (same thing). The controls are horrible. It's hard to tell whats going on half the time. When Sonya tries to do her bike kick in the air it looks like she's falling off a building and when sub zero does his freeze it looks like he's shooting motor oil at you. I'm still trying to figure out how to do the fatalities with only 2 buttons. Thank you Tec Toy for making this for us.

The handheld didnt have anywere near the power of a console so to save space on them tiny little tapes they would use the same physics for most the fatalities . This game pushed the game gear to all it had. Much like how GTASA pushed the ps2 to its limet

IMO, the ONLY good MK games on portable systems were MK2 on GB, GG, & SMS, MK Deadly Alliance & Tournament Edition on GBA, MK Unchained on the PSP, & Ultimate MK on the DS. Heck, I'll count MK1-3 on Midway Arcade Treasures: Extended Play on the PSP, even though those are the Arcade versions that were emulated on it.

Play ANY of those if you want some portable MK goodness.

The team make the port for game gear it was the 'Total Eclipse' i think. I don't know the reason but the version in old gameboy it was better and music in backround and better fatalities! Behind of gameboy version it was same team with gamegear! Why don't use the port of Gameboy?

I have this on the gamegear and also MK2, but I hate this one but I love the MK2 one. That one has better graphics, sound, controls and even better fighters in my opinion. If you see the MK2 one somewhere BUY IT! If you see the MK3 one somewhere IGNORE IT!
