i think this is a great collectors item. i learned all the maps the hard way by gettin owned in the beginning. now i have improved alot through trial and error. the journey to get to where im at was tough but rewarding. i admit im addicted to bf3. wish ea would hire me!
For what do you need a manual ??!! :/ Where is the fun of the game if you have a 300 pages book that shows you everything ?? where is the fun of trying to find something and the satisfaction at the end , if you have everything gratis ??!! You play for fun , unlock weapons and atachments and try all of them and find out which is better for you , not just read , and pick the weapon !! thumbs up if you agree..
@NextGamerPro Battlelog already shows most of this information. I just like having it by my side so that I can pull it out in-game to check on weapon stats, the description of perks, how many kills I need for certain attachments, etc. It doesn't ruin any surprises at all.
@Chubzdoomer they've patched the game quite a few times now and that included weapon fixes... that means the stats of the weapons change in time... :)
Does the guide bring up the ranking system at all? As I understand it, you hit Colonel at Rank 45 then all the way up to Colonel Service Star 100. Does it mention any unlocks at that point? I heard a rumor that there would be a final unlock.
@DoctaDreChronic I found mine at Books-A-Million. Stores like WalMart most likely won't carry it. You can always order it online, too, from somewhere like Amazon.

@ChuckThePug No advertisement here. From one gamer to the next, this is one of the best strategy guides I've ever had for a multiplayer shooter. It absolutely blows Battlefield 2's guide out of the water.

I just really enjoy the information it provides without me having to surf the web and the rundown of all the weapons, vehicles, and maps. It's structured and presented so well, it's better to me than any Wiki or website out there at this time. Better yet, I can quickly find information without having to fucking alt+tab out just to do so!
