  • @bloodydemon23 Oh. Whoops...

  • @randycarruthers The song means for you (God) has given All the priviledge and power to be His children

  • God loves all. Yes! The song is based on the biblical scripture: ...and to all those who received him, he gave them power to become children of God. Good job Tim. I am so proud of this.

  • Amazing! My chorus did this same arrangement back in 2008, though we don't have quite as many students as this.

  • Aha! 8th Grade Hyre Middle School Choir I'm singing this song too, but the Altos and Sopranos get what was supposed to be a solo part, the guys (I say "guys" because my teacher hasn't really told us who is Tenor and who is Baritone) really don't sing much :( BUT THE SONG IS ADDICTIVE AND LOTS OF FUN!!! • That's alot of people xP

  • Yup! How did you like the song?

  • I LOVee iT :)

  • @sweetoolfm3

Please, please people this is nice even or' u! thought or think let us be proud and thanfull for doing much in our soing

but me in any way thery did it realy sound v good

    Yes im zambian

  • Thank you for your nice comment. Amen! Good to hear this from a Zambian. :-)

  • Dont get me wrong, I think this is good, but it doesn't sound like a High School Chorus

  • Thanks for your comment sweetcoolfm3! What does it sound like to you?

  • Too me of course, it seems like a lower level of singing. I always asume that High School Chorus's sound more mature and older, like that of a adult Chorus. But this isn't quite up to the quaitly I hold to a High School Chorus...to me it sounds more of like what would come of a Middle School Chorus. (don't get me wrong, they do sounds pretty great, but it seems like the maturity just isn't in the voices.)

  • Thanks for your reply! I appreciate your candor. When I listen to it, the 600 high school voices sound exactly like 600 high school voices! Are you using your computer's speakers or do you have external speakers?

  • The recorded sound could have been a higher quality, but I only used the mike on the camera, so this could be a factor. Listening to it live was so much more dynamic and awesome! :-) Check out the "A Mighty Fortress" video on my main page. I would be interested in your comments. Thanks!

  • I'm sure it was awesomeer in person:)

  • I love this song it is really a nice one. Just put some more energe in it . It is really a nice one. Good job people I love it and I am proud Zambian.

  • Aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! This is so beautiful.

  • i have a solo for that song!

  • ive looked up other Bonse Aba videos and FINALLY! One with a tripod =D

    goodness people....

  • Ya! Tripods are cool!

  • we are singing this in choir right now, and we are doing this thing at the end, its really cool.

  • HI AMA ZING SONG the song means: To all those that received him , he gave them power to be called the children of God

  • Thank you for your clarification! I think this is what Dr. Melton meant to say since it is from Scripture: "Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God." (John 1:12) This is a beautiful truth about God and his grace and mercy toward us! He paid to give. We are free to accept.

  • I loved this recording! it was amazing! and the soloists were really good too =]

I wish our highschool did a group song [or concert] like this with tons of other highschools in our area. Very cool, and a great opportunity
