At the flower base (when you press the flower button, the light blinks twice just to indicate that the NXTree mechanism has been triggered). However, they are not so visible in the video due to the sunlight.
@NeXTSTORMING You could make your own "lights". I've made three homemade LED lights with blue 2x2 lego blocks as casing. Maybe I'll post a video about it.
