you hair gets hard because coconut oil gets hard in low temperatures..even in room temperature.. not because all that protein stuff...but yea it is everything your hair needs..but castor oil is better for hair growth.
@Sudix935 yes coconut oil does get hard in low tempertures but over use of protien can also make your hair hard too and i agree castor oil is fab thanks for the comment :)

I so agree. That's the only thing I use, with vitamin E. Also coral calcium is good for strength as well. Doesn't have to be a lot; but if you're a raw milk drinker, it's just as good.

I actually apply the coconut oil as a body moisturiser Its amazing i use it for everything It has replaced a lot of products for me My skin is the softest its eva been :-)
