@ridgetoombs07 I bought this tent at K-Mart for under 180 about a year and a half ago or so. They are cheaper now. Mine leaks alot, even after waterproof spray.
I'm planning on buying this tent. I need to know the weight of the tent and all the gears that come with when it's pack up in the transportation bag or case. This information will be very helpful. Because I'm going on a camping trip by airplane and weight limit is 23 Kg. Thanks a lot
we just purchased a northwest tent. How has yours worked in the rain? We are planning a summer camping trip and so far I have read nothing but bad reviews for the company as a whole. We haven't set up the tent yet, but i thought I'd see hows yours has been to you. Thanks
@smtb001 I just bought the Northwest territory blue ridge 15by15 footer, we set it up on a practice run for camping next week and its like it has absolutely NO waterproofing at all and this is after I applied seam sealer.. the water runs through the fly like it's not even there.. now were scrambling to find something else..
@sincityskywalker oh wow ok. thanks for replying :) we purchased the chipeewa tent and i've heard the same things about it. I'm trying to convince my husband that we should return it and buy a coleman but he really wants to try the one we bought. we haven't used it yet so i'll keep trying.
hi i just bought this tent and after seeing your video I feel so happy and relieved but can i ask you a favor or question? This is our very first ever try at camping. Can you suggest size of air mattress if used ( you can laugh at that question). I am an extreme Amateur. I was curious as to ever using a fan (I have seen tent fans that mount in the ceiling.) And can you recommend lighting fixtures/ lanterns.Sorry I am such a beginner. I plan on using this at campgrounds most likely by the NJ shore
@2010JvSaints well for the price this tent is great. It is plenty big to fit big air matresses and all the gear you might bring. I'm 6 foot tall and need a queen sized air matress to fit, it really depends on how big you are. also before you go out with this tent buy waterproofing spray and set up this tent and spray it on. I didn't do that and it leaked and soaked all our stuff by the window in the sleeping area. I don't have a fanand for lighting we justy use lanterns and flashlights.
we bought this tent this spring and set her up in our yard to water proof it, my golly its huge! we took it camping in late july, with 5 adults, and of course it rained and had some pretty good winds with no leaks! large enough to bring in a table and chairs to play cards and still had a great time!! highly recomended! always water proof your new tents and make sure your rain fly cords are secured tightly so theres not any puddling on the roof
Hi, I just bought the Northwest Territory vacation home. How do you like it? im going camping on labor day weekend and i wanna know how good this tent is.
@luzv0104 just got back from camping. loved the tent. easy to set u and take down. one problem. it rained pretty heavy yesterday and it started to leak a bit near the zipper on one of the back windows. i would recomend buying a waterproofing spray and spraying the tent with it. other than the little leak i loved it. best tent iv ever owned.
junk !
