  • Mark, you are so right- the digital world has made the image go "poof" and to what avail? This is what I emphasize ion my teaching to students; when they actually HOLD an image from days gone by, they are transformed, transfixed and magically change their platform and reunite analog and digital hands.

I can't wait until this wonderful film is available

  • Mark is a great teacher, artist, banjo player, story teller and artist. He, along with his wife, France, are gems to be cherished. All who are interested in antique photographic processes owe them both a great debt. They are responsible for the practice and understanding of these processes.

Congratulations to all involved with the film, and to all the artists you employ these beautiful, but somewhat deadly, processes.
