Attendees were irresponsible w/their own lives in ways they were warned about in Driver's Ed (or not). 3. It's a tragic demonstration of evolutionary processes. 4. It's on Youtube, alongside videos of skateboarders breaking bones doing stupid things. 5. The US government was negligent in allowing the event.

I took my child to a GNCC off road motorcycle race and i noticed how close the people were to that track with their kids. I stayed way back because you never know what could happen. no charges can be filed and no charges should be filed.the driver was not at fault, there is a 125 foot rule in place, and the spectators werel aware of it, everyone there knew the risks and took them because of a their passion for the sport.I knew one of the people killed, although I cant speak for anyone, I truly believe that every single person injured or killed in this tragedy would place NO blame on any driver or the organization running the event..
