Tips.. always change routine about every 5-6 wks, minimizes plateau. Do around 15min cardio b4 lifting. Increases HR & ogygen to muscles. 1-2 min rest between sets max. Focus on proper form. KEEP A LOG. Go get your pump on..
@chu38ck Not true. You don't have to change the routine to avoid plateau's. Just add more weight (progressive overload). Also, don't do cardio before you lift. Oxygen and your HR don't need to be up to lift weights (it's anaerobic). Just research how the body utilizes nutrients when lifting weights.

Yeah, that's what i would think but i'm confused because i see sooo many machine workouts. xD I mean obviously machine workouts are not as fun to watch as regular free weights so why would they put up so many machine ones. :o
@orks2 well the reason for that is because machine workouts are much more controlled than free weights and less stressful on your joints and there great for isolating, like a concentration curl, and with machines you can lift more weight, with much less risk of injury thats just my opinion haha don't take it to heart.
