I never got to go in the final years - but Wonderland was the first theme park I ever went to (first in 1988, I was only 6 years old ) - and went there about 5 times after. The last time I ever went was in either 1996 or 1997.
I heard that most of the park closed down after 2000 (Hannah Barbera Land disappeared etc.) - which is sad because that place meant so much to my family and friends... I remember having my birthday there too.
I remember watching this ad a few times before I moved to Adelaide, South Australia in 1999. I lived in Sydney from 1992 to 1998 and I went to Australia's Wonderland a few times.
well were soon to have a wet n wild bigger than Qld's one so i guess that will fill wonderlands spot :(
