I do lunges while I'm waiting for my food to heat up in the break room at work. Everyone else has lunch b/t 11-1 and I have mine a little after 1 so it's all to myself :) I also do jumping jacks in the bathroom and/or in the copy room. There's always time to make time for fitness in your day!! :)
