1. It shouldn't, no. If you latch onto one person and take too much energy, they can become tired, irritated, and possibly feel some pain. That's why psi vampires are very careful not to only feed from on person, and why donors are always told to speak up about what they feel.
2. Of course! Real vampires aren't evil, aren't cursed beings. Vampires are of any and all religions. I personally believe that there is some sort of higher power out there.
3. Sanguinary vamps never, EVER bite someone. Biting someone hard enough to break skin anywhere is dangerous, and the neck could easily kill someone. And the human mouth is very dirty, so besides the bleeding, there could be infections.

To answer you questions, yes, vampires can live without feeding, but we suffer. Personally, I get jittery and anxious. Some people get cranky, others get overly tired, others get sick.
Secondly, no, vampires cannot be created. Vampirism is possibly due to an energy imbalance that we're born with. While people who are skilled at energy work can damage someone's energy to the point that they need to replenish it, that is not the same as being a vampire.
