It was big in Australia 20-30 years ago. But VB and Carlton stole all the market here and they were much more successful overseas so they moved all production to overseas.
No, the beer drinking guy quickly summed up that the chick is a material person with no friends and therefore unworthy of his time to score a root with and then for her to get all clingy and wanting relationship.
Beer does that for you...helps you think straight.

Aussies find western society (Europe and America) very weird. Thats why they make fun of it. The best example is the movie 'Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles'.
You dumbass, Australia IS a westernised society and Crocodile Dundee was making fun of Australian culture not the other way round and fosters isn't even an Australian beer, it's an American beer in disguise.
Actually you idiot Fosters has NOTHING to do with american beer. Fosters is actually made in the UK, but they also make it in australia, but the brit version tastes different to the australian one.
Once apon a time fosters was made in Aus until it went internatrional. Now if it is made in Aus (which I don't think it is) it is exported and not sold there. Fosters is made in Canada as well so it does have something to do with North America.
@stardisolet they brew it in most of the countries in which it is sold. on uk packs it says brewed in uk, on us packs - brewed in us. there are five versions in the us alone. it varies by country
Serves her right for being rich and buying that much shit.

A bit of trivia. The voiceover in that ad is done by the man who plays Alf Stuart in "Home and Away". A popular Aussie show in England.
