Probably westinghouse. The indicators and buttons do match. It probably doesn't have epco circleline fixtures - the button's halo is too bold.

It could be a Westie. If the buttons are flat then it is. If they are convex then it's a Dover.

Fun Fact Every Geared Traction Elevators Use 4 Gallons of oil I was doing a bit of reserch And founmd that out Kone Geared/Gearless Uses no oil and less energy.
