very great cooking you got there...im very new to cajun cooking, never even heard it before i saw ur videos...im from the philippines and am very interested in cooking...beryl has a very relaxing and cute voice... she inspires me to cook more.. by the way i am 18 and have been cooking for a while now... i would love if you read my comment...
@showmethedammovie It was probably Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. You can get it at most major grocery sotres, and Walmarts. Amazon carries it also. We use it on just about everything we cook.
Okay, so I saw this video like 4 hours ago and it made me crave potatoes. So I just made some scalloped potatoes with grilled chicken and corn on the cob. But I didn't have shredded cheese so I compensated it with Velveeta cheese. It came out soooooo good.
I have a request. Can you and Beryl make a video about making cornbread and a video on banana bread? I have the ingredients already to make banana bread but the last couple times I've made it, it didn't come out right. So i'm hoping someone will have a better recipe for me to follow.
No, haven't had the corn yet. We may have some this weekend.
To tell you the truth, we've never made banana bread before, and usually just use that Jiffy mix for cornbread. We'll give it a try for you one weekend.
We have used Windows Movie Maker on most of them, we just recently got a Mac, and now are using whatever their program is called. Thanks for watching our videos!
Thank you so much! We're glad you found us too! We're cooking up a new dish at this very moment. It's an easy lasagna. We'll have it up in about a week. Thanks for watching our videos!
Thanks Beryl and Mike - we had our first grandson, Oliver in March - and I'm going to keep this recipe - I think he will love it in a few months time - not too much spice - I'm sure we will love it too,( more spice :-)) along with his Mum and Dad, It looks so delicious.
I LOOOOVE THOSE MEASURING SPOONS!!!!! Hope I can find some shaped like that!

Looks good, but that's NOT how you make smothered potatoes! That seems more like scalloped potatoes.

I can't wait to try this one:) It has all of my favorite elements(except I need more cheese, because I'm a big fan of it):) Great video, as always:)
