This song is called Scrantonicty (Summer Sunshine) and was available on the Wal-Mart edition of the album. You might still be able to get it on the online store, or on the internet in various music blogs

First of all, Linkin park is a great band. Okay, Dead Kennedys was a left wing sarcasm group. Too Drunk To Fuck was a great song.
