is it possible that just like how we need sperm and an egg to create life, the universe shoots our asteroids carrying minute life (basic form) and icy comets carrying ice across the universe. a strange way to put this is that the universe ejaculates comets and asteroids across its length and width.Probability wise, a few might make contact with an egg (earth like planets) that offer an ideal environment for the substances that these giant bodies carry... and then it all begins!

If aliens are more developed than we are they would gain nothing in attacking us. However if they would gain something they certainly wouldn't attack us directly, so that we would know about it. If the possibility exists, that their level or development is the same or slightly higher than ours they wouldn't be able to come here and attack us directly anyway. Actually life forms on other planets would be very similar to ours on Earth. Most life forms on Earth are all similar as that we all have eyes, ears, mouth, nose, brain, heart, etc. Therefore, all life forms are all going to evolve into such species as we have on Earth. I would'nt doubt that intelligent life on other planets would have similar appearance as us.
