All hoover twin tubs do that, its shaking so much cos the wash tub is empty. Don't you wash one load while spinning and rinsing another? Use the same wash water, and fill the spinner up with cold water with the clothes in and spin away...quicker....Cool vid...
Hoovermatic twin tub, very popular over here in the UK. It's wobbling about cos the wash tub is empty.....keep it full and use the same water for about 5 loads and to rinse, fill the spinner with cold water over the clothes and spin....when the water comes out clean, ya done! Then start rinsin and spinnin the next load!
