Hunting is more natural then it is for a monkey to be a vegetarian. Humans are the only primates who choose to not eat meet, every other primate would want to eat meet if they could, and they all try to hunt for it if and when they get the chance.

All primates are predators, the only reason for not eating meet is not being able to get it. Only predators ever evolve forward oriented eyes. Herbivores have their eyes on the sides because they look out for predators.
