Please answer me this: what if you already have XBMC installed on your XBOX? Do you still need to have it installed on your computer in order to put videos into your xbox?

I have used 5 hours on this f** up program, and haven't gotten me anywhere!!!! Im going crazy, i need to get to teh dir. users/chris/downloads/movies/.­.. WTF :s

Please help me, i am soo frustrated!!!! :)

@EDDIEMARTI hey bro you have to have it installed on your xbox only then you need to hook up a Ethernet cable to the xbox so you have a internet connection but you have to configure your ip on your xbox and on your computer.

Hey quick question I have a netbook and when I tried to open xmbc I got; " Fatal error desktop color depth Isnt 32Bit". Any way to fix this

@MJBDC07 Sadly, no XBMC does not yet handle live TV. Based on your choice of tuner, I'm assuming you use Windows and not Linux. I have the 2250 and it works beautifully in my Windows Media Center. However, in the upcoming release XBMC does plan to provide a front end to work in concert with other media center packages that do support PVR functions.

@Tom4Surfing boxee shares the limitation of not handling live tv. though mythtv can :)

try right clicking your desktop a go to settings and click the "color quality" drop down box and select the 32 bit option. hit apply and then hit ok.
