amazed to find this on youtube! i remember ripping this back in 2006 and was astounded nobody had done it yet.

Such a haunting loop. Whilst Invisible War didn't live up to the original in many ways, it certainly succeeded in creating a future world where hope and joy seemed long gone; this track conveyed it perfectly.

Even though I prefer the overall game of Deus Ex 1... goddamn this is some amazingly atmospheric and mood-setting music!

Invisible War really wasn't so bad, If they did a remake which did things like more expansive levels, better shooting and stealth mechanics (and individual weapon ammo.etc), hell, they could KEEP the settings and protagonists the same, with music like this and just fixed up the endings (eg leaving some of JC Dentons former personality intact) it could've surpassed the original

@InnuendoXP - I think they geared DX2 to more mainstream console gamers (as opposed to DX1) which was more a complex PC RPG shooter. Which is why it wasn't as good. But yes, I agree - great atmospheric music for this Tech-noir cyber-thriller.

I think the music for Upper seattle on DXIW is the best of game history .

It's a right music for cold over-teched chainmail future society looked through chrone human's eye in the first time in his life out the labolatory named tarsus academy .....

It has worse gameplay and storyline but more plot twists and better immersion IMO. I liked it more than the first, actually(I played them at the same time so there is no nostalgia factor).

Not played Deus Ex, Deus Ex II is the best PS II game I've played to date and I've been very eager to get my hands on Deus Ex III. I couldn't get enough of the game experience I finished the game in 7 different ways. It's a very serious and mature game in my opinion

If u thought deus ex 2 was the best game uve played for ps2, and/or if its one of the best uve played in general, then u reeeaaaallly need to try the first one, its one of the greatest games of all time, and a cornerstone in game history, like half-life. I really hope they do the series justice with the 3rd installement!
