@ joelycurtis, using common sense c and c cages are WAY better petstore cages are small, smelly and hard to clean, so please if you don't already get a c and c cage.

how do you clean the fleece?

@PoweredByFajitas i use fleece, you have to scoop out the poos everyday with a dust pant or use a hand vacuum and empty the pan or vacuum and then once a week, or like 4 times a week change the fleece, take it and the towels out and get them washed and either wait till its clean or replace ti with new fleece and towels and once its out of the cage you also need to clean the cage base:) There's also bedding as an option, there's kiln-dryed pine, carefresh, aspen, and a few other not cedar or pine

i am dieing for a c & c cage i have an idea of what i want it to look like and everything but i am not allowed one! even if i get the money together myself i am not allowd one which i think is unfair on my pigs because i want the best for them and one of those cages are good for them and is osmething they do need as they are 1 year old in feb. but my parents seem to think different, they think the cage i have now is fine although they are growing out of it fast my mum and dad dont think so :L xx

we used glue gun to join the sides. I was worry that it may fall off. But it didnt! Just make sure u hold it together till it dries up. Wont take long tho.

A common mistake many do with hideys, is putting them against the wall & in corners. When pigs run, they like to use the whole length & width to run & do 8 turns.

Instead of keeping the cage accessories to a minimum, try putting them in the middle, and tunnels/bridges to the side so they can run through them. :)
