Hi , I want to get something for my boyfriend for Christmas. Two things he dearly love is his job and his car. So i decided to buy diecast car a version of his car and make it into a highway patrol car. The problem is I never did this before and i want to make it perfect. The car is black so should i sand down the doors, or remove the paint with paint stripper, or paint over? What kind of paint should i use?

@cp22211 Yes, it will pretty much remove everything that isn't metal.
