These guys must not know your history isn't permanantly gone, it's kinda put into, I guess a REALLY complicated recycle bin. You need to be a techie to find it. From there you delete the history, and NOW it's forever gone.

it is called temporary files because websites temporaraly put files into your computer. These can include passwords, usernames, cookies, and search history (where youve been). if it deletes the temorary files, than no way can anyone ever access it ever again.

accaly it depends on who would be tracking you if its your parents and they do not have a keylogger on your computer your ok but if it police your ip address is more than likeley stored in webservers you have getten on for faster loading next visit or in your cache or in cookies

Problem is anything you've done can come back to haunt you. You could lose your job and ruin your entire life.
