2 options: Either you know how stuff works. Then it's not that hard (still hard). Or you wait for someone who knows how stuff works to release an editing tool, which eliminates most of the things you usually have to know (still, to make worthwhile hacks you should know how stuff works).

You might not realize this but even though you have MM stuff it's still the same link from OoT

@nickjlew No. The model is slightly different (take a look at the head for example) and the textures have a higher resolution if I recall correctly (not sure about the textures though).

Hexhacker or any program the can break down every code in a memory of the game sense all the game is, is numbers and changing and pasting and copying them and editing them can change the game and takeing strings from MM putting them in OOT can creat the play as hacks
