@BishiBoy18 bikes have cut-off relay on starter where it won't engage until you are either in neutral or in gear with clutch pulled. so little girl won't fly forward :) I personally would be more afraid of her tipping the bike over and it falling on top of her. I think a 400Ib bike could crush a child's lungs if it fell on them the right way.
