@Ace8923 I just used the vacuum plugin, i forget exactly what the settings were, i think it was like a high pitch square wave with a touch of lower saw maybe? Just fuck around with it till it sounds 8-bit-like. Also be aware that when I sat down i didn't intend to make it sound like 8-bit, i just wanted to get a feel for protools and the first sound i came up with sounded 8-bit so i stuck with it
@TheNerdvlog Thanks! I now have so much more respect for producers, I can see how it can get much easier to work with a program like pro tools or ableton the more you use it, but it's fricken difficult!

@chaskamaska ok gotcha, I have been trying to make some 8 bit music with pro tools, I kinda figured to use vacuum
