Now on a more serious side, I was thinking of Dr.Zoidberg, but yeah. It looks look like a cross between a crypt lord, faceless one, and a makura crab.
His name bears a strong resemblance to General Rajaxx, a boss in the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj. This is yet another link between the two Old Gods that have been named to date: C'thun in Ahn'Qiraj, and Yogg-Saron in Ulduar.
It's actually just something similar in naming. Bliz has different naming "classes" for different races and organizations. Red drakes are probably the best example, plus a lot of yoggs other named minions have similar names too.
