  • Excellent video, I can't wait to have a go at this, esp as I've just bought some gorgeous beads. Thank you for great explaining and good videos...I'm off to look at some mroe LOL

  • the video is great the flat spiral is simple to do and does work up quickly, but the instructor should get her nails done. if i am not mistaken she has mold under the acrylic. OMG. UGH!

  • Thank you for this video. It came out fabulous! I used 8mm black pearls with 5mm Jet bicones and silver seed beads. As I can't fasten the catch I put on an 8mm ball magnetic catch, and a silver safety chain just incaase it comes loose. A seriously good piece of jewellery (I'm using UK spelling)

It is difficult to see what you are doing but to anyone thinking of giving it a try I would say just do one step at a time and it will come together.

  • wow! that looks pretty!

could you write me the name of the stuff that i need it to make that bracelet. please.

  • Adorei parabéns! Muito lindo esse trabalho e sua explicação é excelente.

  • love u & ur tutorials i've also visit ur website & will order some materials.. i've seen that we can order ur tutorial books do u have video tutorials we can order also.. i love the way u teach and make it so simple.. thank u thank u & thank u!!!

  • Karla have you made the ends of the bracklet out of seed beads for the clasp?

  • I am having a heack of a time threading the Wildfire .008 in through the size 10 or 12 needel, have broken two needle threaders. Any suggestions?

  • suxbnu66 thanks for the tip on using beading wire for the core. I'm normally a beaded that use wire, buy came across Karla's videos and LOVE her work. The videos are great, so I've been making some of the pieces. Just finished this bracelet and started to make a necklace with the pattern being the center plate and a modified design for the sides. Think I'll give the wire for the core a shot. Thanks again for you tip an to Karla for her designs and videos!!! 

  • love the bracelet, but mine doesnt have the v shaped seed bead pattern? I am using the beads on hand so....thats prb why.

  • this is a very beautiful bracelet, but I cant tell where your putting your needle into when your joining more beads at the beginning.. thanks for the video

  • Danke für die tolle Erklärung!

  • Carla, thanks so much for your great ideas.I love watching your videos.I made up the loopy bracelet for mothers Day gifts. I am now giving the spiral a try..

  • Lovely, clear video! Thank you! FireLine is a braided bead thread (like fishing line, really) made by BeadSmith. It's available in Smoke and Crystal colours, and 6 lb and 8 lb weight. For most bracelets, 6 lb is plenty strong enough. I use Smoke for dark coloured bracelets and Crystal for pale colours.

  • Very nice. The question to meself is, can I do this?

  • OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDD......Very nice.....I like much ;)

  • I LIKE IT! i have a Q - can we tread the core beads on a separate line and use a second tread to do the accent rounds.

  • @thefirefly1978 I have tried it, leaving beading wire for the core beads working it up, step by step. It made the bracelet very sturdy and allowed a stronger attachment for my toggle. I loved the result, it was a little more work keeping everything from becoming tangled, :) The only change really was the finishing with a crimp bead and weaving the fireline back through. But doing it this way allows for a chain, or different clasps if you are gifting your bracelet. Hope it helps, Good luck!

    Olivia

  • Wow! Very easy and beautiful.

  • i luv her ringz!!!

  • I have problems viewing this video. I can see that it is loading but it just would not play. I dont have a problem viewing other youtube videos. I really wanted to learn this stich. Do you have another link that I can get these instructions from and is not hosted by youtube?

  • in love with this stitch! and the big white ring you have on your left hand! do you have a video for that?

  • I love your video.

  • i love your videos most keep up the good work

  • I loved this lesson so well that I made dozen bracelets in different colors.

    6 mm faceted beads

    6/0 Czech seed beads (outer)

    10 Czech seed beads 5 & 5

Simple lesson & easy to follow, I am sure I will always make this one.

    Thank you, so much!

  • It's surprisingly easy for such an elaborate-looking bracelet. Does anyone else have a problem with the final loops of seed beads sliding out of position ( the ones that curve around the 6mm bicone at each end)? I was tempted to anchor them down with a stitch here and there but didn't know if that was 'cheating.'

  • gorgeous!

  • Wow! I made one of those bracelets after watching this video. It turned out beautiful and it took me 2 hours to make. Hope there are many more great beading videos.

  • Well poop, I just paid 65.00 for a class that taught this exact bracelet. It turned out to be a 3 hr. class. I watched your two viedos for a total of 9 mins. and 9 more mins. I learned more from you in less than a half hour trhen I did sitting on my dead rump fir 3 hours. Why don't I check out your videos first??? Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, T.J.

  • Great video, I can't wait to get home and getting started on my first braclet.

  • Wow. Fantastic video. I can't wait to get out my beads and try it. Thanks.

  • Dear Karla , I have just finished my first flat spiral stitch bracelet following your

    excellent tutorial.YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

Happy and grateful Wendy from Italy XXXX

  • One suggestion to everyone....just because I have made this mistake before- When you add the "bar" side of the toggle you MAY need more than 6 seed beads. Make sure you check to see if the bar will go through before you tie off. I hope that makes sense. It all depends on the size/type of toggle you are using. I made have made bracelets and then found out the bar wouldnt go through the toggle and had to start ALL over! Happy beading:)

  • I love you and your videos! I have learned a great deal from you. Please keep your videos coming, they are greatly appreciated :-)

  • I love love love your videos! I am so happy that there are people out there that can show us how to create beaded pieces...it can be so hard to learn from a book sometimes! Thank you:)

Also, what is fireline. I cant find it anywhere. Is it clear or white? I cant really tell from the video. Is there something else I could use?

Thanks and keep up the wonderful work!

  • Karlo-moc ti děkuju za super videa s korálkovýma návodama-SUPER SUPER SUPER

  • Karla, I love you videos also, they are very clear and easy to understand. I made this bracelet and I love it.. Thank you so much for making these videos

  • Im posting under my son's youtube account, but I wanted to thank you Karla. I swear your Videos are the CLEAREST and EASIEST to understand. I haven't found ANY videos like yours. Thank you so much for taking the time to makes these tutorials. I really appreciate it. I started beading a few months ago and Im hooked!

  • hey

    i really liked that bracelet

but can you show us the ring you are wearing please?

did you make it? it looks very nice ;)

  • I found this video today and promptly made two of these. They're gorgeous! Thanks so much for posting this video!

  • Any one else try this bracelet? I found I have to be really careful not to flip it over.

I'm using fireline but I think a stiffer thread would work better.

  • i would love to see the two or three row one! when do u think u will post that video?

  • Me too! I'm going to try and figure out the double one myself.

  • stunning work!

  • Could I perhaps crimp it instead of the tying knots? Or is that not a good idea with the thread? BTW, you make it look so simple!

  • it is simple

  • I will definitely be making one of these--thanks for showing us how!

  • Very pretty. You did a good job explaining how to do this. I assume you do the other end the same way as you showed the half of the clasp. Thank you!!

  • Really nice, I love the videos but is there any chance of posting what beads extra you use in the videos, at the end or in the info box, as a real novice I don't always understand what is what, many thanks :-)

  • amend that.... i meant .. any chance of posting what beads ETC you use in the videos.

  • follow the link which is in Channel info and there you'll find the infos

  • it's pretty I'll make it
