download the GECK MODDER and the FOMM (Fallout Mods Manger). open PackageManerger and add the file. then highlight it and press "ACTIVATE" All in the Package manehrger. then close, launch fallout and on data files click all mods, i hope u got it on pc or i have just wasted my time XD

all you need to do to make the bullets irradiated is to go to the Projectiles menu in the G.E.C.K. and take the mini gun ammo, edit the id, go threw the effects for the projectile and add rad effect, now if you want there to be radiation after the attack so that it is dangerous to go near the target, you have to add a cast on actor effect

1st of all npc are unaffected from radiation, so the projectile effect is useless and to add radiation where the bullet hits, you simply add a explosion to to the bullet and make the explosion have radiatioin... takes 40secs ^^
