LOL seems like you're the one not old enough to know the glitch sound didn't occur when stopping/playing a tape. tape players make this sound when u try to forward/rewind while play button is still down.
That's how DJs do it, turning the disc while the music is playing.
@jgazes Edison isn't the right place to create a good TapeStop effect. I'll release a video about creating that effect with other plugins soon. In the meantime look into other samplers like SliceX and try messing with Fruity Scratcher
@coolshit28 Yes you can. There are probably close to 50 ways to do a tape stop in FL Studio alone. Probably a couple hundred when you start using other programs.

@Fatboi8923 rending each part of the song you want to add a tapestop effect to is just silly. Glitch allows you do it live and on your command. Sure if you just want it on a sample, use a sampler.
@hoothesioad12 which link did you click on? Millions of people have been using this program for years with no issues. You downloaded the wrong thing. Sorry. If what you are saying is even true.
@hoothesioad12 I appreciate your honesty very much. Thank You. When AudioCollege begins to upload samples I will be sure to send you some directly. Thank You.

it takes about 2 seconds to do this on fl studio's sampler... why would you need a whole vst to do it for you?

@Fatboi8923 been looking for a way to do this. How do you do it on the sampler in fl studio?

@jgazes You can do a tape stop effect by rendering the audio and doing a pitch slide in Soundforge.
