No kidding! The Fiber One products taste great - and that 's going to cause some problems for a lot of people. I learned the hard way not to eat more than one of their fiber bars per day. I was in a rush to get to class and didn't have time for breakfast, so I grabbed two bars on my way out the door, and ate them both on my way to school. I must've crapped 5 times before lunch, and holy heck, the gas buildup was killing me! I will never do that again.
