  • brilliant footage

  • its 2011 and im still watching this i remmber watching it in 2008 lol

  • IS THAT YELLOW STUFF BLUBBER?

  • would bear spray work on polar bears??? I am going to Alaska camping very soon

  • bloody tourists

  • These Zodiac inflatables are putting their precious tourist-laden cargo at risk of death. Harassing polar bears, and other wild animals, is probably illegal in Spitsbergen waters, and for good reason.

  • I WANT A POLAR BEAR!!

They are so fluffy and hug-able!

  • The Bears are like fuck the whale let's eat the boat full of people!

  • @316greg ahh no! thats not what the bears were like thinking at all.

they had plenty of already dead whale

  • i feel sad for the whale

  • finally, a word of thought, and not commecial crass, very horrid, and i hope never to be allowed again, can not say how much this annoys me, wow we really do have to educate people, and idjiots that make money from endangered species, makes my skin crawl, yuck yuckand yea i hate money

  • @maidmoira

Polar bear aren't endangered. If they were we wouldn't issue hunting tags for them, every single year in fair amounts. Try researching past the bright and shiny movie that you watched, Miora, you've been lied to...and all for the love of money. How does that make you feel?

  • This is truly PARADISE for Polar Bears. So much old smelly food that several Bears actually can stand on the food and eat and go sleep and farth a little bit later.

  • Whaaat?

    A SPERM Whale? Thats discusting!

  • no one messes with polar bears!

  • @XResidentXEvilX5X what about us?

  • poor whale got eaten up by beast :(

  • ohh my dang!

  • thank god NO more global warming,..the p-bear's are fine and eating really good,..who ever bitched about global warming,..was a real IDIOT...:)

  • haha, lucky the didn't get pounced on by the bears, our elders tell us to stay away from them......they aren't bothering you, so don't even try getting in their way......keep a good distance...

  • polar bears have the best comourflage on earth.

  • Is that Klondike and Snow?

  • These animals will not be extinct, even if the summer Arctic ice will melt again for the second time in 800 yrs., which is just a natural cyclic phenomenon. Like all bears they are very smart and highly adaptable and skilled survival artists.

  • unless we start killing em again!

  • They are not an endangered species, never where and most probably never will be.

    Don't worry about hem.

These strong and intelligent animals are perfectly capabale of looking after themselves and if you ask me they will even survive humanity !

Unlike the orang oetangs of Borneo , the Galapagos turtle and the black rhino

  • Lets experiment!

drop a few nukes and see if the bear can survive... if they do survive then we must gain that intelligence so we can also survive nukes!

jks jks that would damage the nature totally to the state where it can't be restored

  • @helmuthoorn are u saying they ganna grow finnes ?!

  • @XxellimacxX

    Of course not.

The Polar bear population may be reduced temporary, but I can assure you that they will outive us humans as a spieces. Worry about the Sumatran tiger or the Central African mountain gorrila, but not about Ursus Arctis.

  • i wanna eat them both

  • aw, the bears are cute!

  • better this than starving like in the warming parts of the north.

but I do agree the tourists are way too close and creates stress for the bears.

Please stop all hunting in Alaska and Canada.

  • Whale tastes like beef, ive eaten it in Norway:)

  • mmmm rotten whale meat!

  • Great footage but this is way too close for tourists, the animals may not seem terribly bothered but it's an unnecessary stress. Notice how often they are looking up at the camera? People need to be more respectful of these animals.

  • i wish the polar bear would jump on the boat and fuck the granny on the vid. LOL

  • @alpha3939

I know, I'd feel stressed if a bunch of strangers stared at me eating.

  • @bananian They're not just strangers, they're also armed with rifles! Have noticed it at the background?

  • @alpha3939 That's what I'm thinking. Clearly the bears were uncomfortable.

  • That grunt says bugger off you dutch we are having lunch! They should back off and shut up.. and a couple of talking americans! These tourists are too close and bothering wildlife. A whale is a whale and it is food. These will be extinct in 20 years.

  • OMG RETARDS THAT ISNT SPERM WHALE IT IS BULUGA WHALE SPERM WHALES ARE LIKE FREAKING x30 THAT SIZE OF THAT WHALE BULGUAS WEIGHT 6 TON APPROX AND SPERM WHALES ARE 30-45 TONS

  • The polar bears almost finished the whale. They were already feeding for more than a week. In the water there were big bones. I think too big for a beluga. All the guides, one of them a well known expert, told us it was a sperm whale. For me it makes no difference. It was unique to be there and enjoy the spectacle for many hours from a very short distance.

  • I think that you are the retard. There is only a few Beluga left in Svalbard. So it is very unlikely that it would be one.

  • @Gaiden47 which would mean your sperm whale would weigh 180 tons, bigger than a blue whale!! Congrats on discovering the worlds new largest mammal!!! :-)

  • @Gaiden47 Retard bEluga whales are 1-2 tons not 6, get your info right before you start screaming off something foolish. Check this out the wikipedia for Beluga whale

  • white whale

  • yummy

  • what kind of whale was that?

  • It was a sperm whale

  • Wonder what that tastes like (:

  • why don't you open your mouth so i can show you :)

  • to me it tastes like chewing a tyre;P
